About Meaningful Change

Our Story

The idea for Meaningful Change grew from my frustration with traditional change management training. I saw friends and colleagues struggle with understanding the overwhelming number of change management frameworks, theories, methodologies, tools, and deliverables. The traditional training provided copious amounts of information; it just didn’t prepare them to apply that information to their day-to-day work and lives.

I began coaching aspiring change managers in practical change theories and tools to enable them to fulfill Change Management roles.  I watched each of my mentees gain skill and confidence in change management and advance their career. It was incredibly rewarding to witness their successes and know that I had a part to play in helping them achieve their goals.  After some reflection, I knew that I wanted to devote myself full-time to creating and delivering intuitive and practical change management training.

Thus, Meaningful Change was born.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower people to transform their lives and organizations by implementing meaningful change. We do this by building their change skills with accessible, intuitive, and targeted training and coaching in change.

Our Differentiator

Meaningful Change is unique as it delivers on-demand, step-by-step training developed by a practicing change management expert with over 20 years of experience. The training and the tools are from my own change management practice which have been honed and proven over two decades of use.
